"Joseph Lawton Foots" Skilled Trade School Scholarship

The Joseph Lawton Foots scholarship was established in 2013 in honor of the Skilled Tradesman Trade School (STTS) founder, Joseph Lawton Foots.

STTS was the first 501(c)(3)nonprofit Skilled Tradesman School in the state of Maryland. This scholarship is to sustain the legacy of Joseph Foots in supporting the Trades for students who demonstrate hard work, dedication, and community service that has positively impacted someone or a community.

The scholarships are offering 200 to minority students (ages 18-25) who are currently enrolled in a skilled trade school within the 50 United States (including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia).

Deadline for application is TBD.
